Dedicated
I believe leadership means being visible, dependable, and willing to stay close to the day-to-day work of schools. I listen, follow through, and keep the needs of students at the center of decisions.
I bring 18 years of service in public education across classroom teaching, school administration, and executive-level leadership. My work centers on equitable access, rigorous instruction, student support, the arts, and meaningful partnership with families and communities.
I believe leadership means being visible, dependable, and willing to stay close to the day-to-day work of schools. I listen, follow through, and keep the needs of students at the center of decisions.
I care deeply about creating engaging learning experiences that help students discover their strengths, build confidence, and see meaningful possibilities for their future.
I value relationships with students, staff, families, and community partners. Strong connections create trust, broaden perspective, and make lasting school improvement possible.
Students do their best learning when they feel known, included, and inspired to take ownership of what comes next.
I believe students deserve learning that is relevant, engaging, and connected to the world around them. Academic growth matters, and so do curiosity, confidence, creativity, belonging, and the ability to think critically.
I also believe inclusive and collaborative school communities are built intentionally. Students, educators, families, and community partners each bring perspectives and strengths that should shape the work.
